  Exhibit Etiquette

Planning to buy a home soon? Practice these few real estate courtesies and etiquette during the process.
First, meet with me before beginning your home search. Avoid making calls like “I’m parked in front of the home you have listed on Peregrine Drive. Could you show the home to me now?” Schedule appointments to see homes only after meeting with me first to discuss the type of home you are seeking.
After your initial “drive-by” search, plan to ride with me – not follow behind in your car. There are many variables to discuss, and to do that, it’s an absolute must to be riding in the same vehicle.
Your home search should include only decision-makers who will be living in the home. Leave Mom & Dad, aunts, uncles, and the children at home until the decision has been made. Committee decisions rarely work.
Bring your checkbook. No, you’re not going to be locked in the car until you buy! Neither should you begin your home search until you’re ready to make a firm decision once you locate the right home. When you find the right home, don’t lose it for lack of preparation.
We are here to help you locate the perfect home. You can assist me by sharing your dreams and objectives, being on time for appointments, and standing ready to make a decision when the time is right.
